Location: Cranleigh
Are you looking for a role that bridges the gap between education and clinical practice? Our Cranleigh Trust operates on a model of "Clinical Partnership." You will work as a peer alongside on-site Speech & Language and Occupational Therapists, applying psychological principles to support students with complex ASC and SLCN. If you want a career that offers advanced CPD and a sophisticated understanding of neurodiversity, this is your starting point.
What You Bring to the Team:
We are looking for the "Steady Hand"-the practitioner who "gets it."
The Toolkit: Proven experience with ASC, SLCN, or SEMH.
The Language: Proficiency in (or a desire to lead in) Makaton, PECS, or AAC.
The Mindset: You understand that boundaries and rapport are the keys to every breakthrough.
Ready for a Professional Conversation?
We know your time is valuable. This isn't just another job application; it's a career move to a Trust that understands.
