Main Duties
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in your specialist subject to students across different key stages.
- Assessing student work and providing clear, constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Acting as a Form Tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to a group of students.
- Contributing to the development of departmental curriculum and resources.
- Participating in parents' evenings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Must-Haves & Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A relevant degree in your specialist subject.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
