Salary: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
We are looking for an inspiring and resilient Classroom Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the Sefton area. Main Duties:
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.
- Teaching your subject across all key stages, implementing innovative teaching strategies.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Identifying and addressing the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND.
- Working closely with a supportive department team to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
Must-Haves & Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A relevant degree in your subject.
- A genuine passion for your subject and the ability to in-still that passion in others.
- Exceptional behaviour management skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
