Classroom Teacher - Southport
Salary: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
We have an exciting vacancy for a talented and dedicated Classroom Teacher at a well-regarded secondary school in Southport. We are looking for an individual who is committed to raising standards and achieving the very best outcomes for every student.
Main Duties
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that challenge and motivate students of all abilities.
- Implementing and following the school's assessment policy, including marking and providing feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.
- Contributing to the professional life of the school, including extra-curricular activities.
- Attending regular training and professional development sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
Must-Haves & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A relevant degree with a strong subject knowledge.
- Proven experience in a secondary school environment.
- The ability to effectively differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
