Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
Encouraging pupil independence and critical thinking.
Working with the inclusion team to support EAL learners.
Developing high-quality classroom displays.
Keeping accurate records of attendance and pastoral concerns.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience in either KS1 or KS2.
A nurturing but firm approach to classroom management.
