The Role:
This is a vital position maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of site buildings. Your daily routine will include:
- Internal Cleaning: Offices, communal areas, corridors, and washroom facilities.
- Surface Care: Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing floors as required.
- Waste Management: Ensuring all refuse is disposed of correctly and recycling protocols are followed.
- Health & Safety: Adhering to COSHH regulations and ensuring signage is used correctly during shifts.
Requirements & Vetting:
Because this role is based on a military installation, the following are essential:
- BPSS Clearance: You must be willing to undergo (or already hold) a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. This includes a criminal record check and employment history verification.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality. The site relies on your consistency.
- Experience: Previous professional cleaning experience (commercial, industrial, or domestic) is preferred.
- Attitude: A discreet, professional, and thorough approach to your work.
