You will be crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic learning environment for students and staff.
Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, and communal areas (halls, staff rooms).
Cleaning and restocking restroom facilities.
Vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping hard floors.
Emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
Morning Shift Specific: Responsibility for the secure opening of the school premises.
Adhering strictly to cleaning schedules and health and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
An understanding of the importance of hygiene standards within a school environment.
Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable, though full training will be provided.
Mandatory: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check due to the nature of working within a school.
