Role Overview
As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will be a senior leader within our expert team, acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. This role combines high-level financial strategy-such as business modeling and lending support-with the oversight of core compliance and tax functions to drive client success and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, providing proactive support and financial insights across a dedicated client portfolio.
- Financial Strategy: Lead high-value projects including business modeling, strategic planning, and support for capital/lending applications.
- Compliance Oversight: Execute and oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and all relevant statutory filings.
- Practice Development: Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm by identifying new opportunities and mentoring junior team members.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 7 years' experience specifically within a Public Practice environment.
- Advisory Mindset: A genuine passion for problem-solving and helping business owners maximize commercial opportunities.
- Technical Excellence: Strong technical accounting knowledge with a specific interest in financial modeling and business development.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage teams, hit strict deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Elite interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering a premium level of customer service.
