What We Are Looking For
We are flexible and open to various levels of experience, provided you have a strong foundation in CNC machining and a desire to excel:
Ideal Candidates: CNC Setter and/or Programmer level, capable of producing low volume, small batch, high-precision components.
Open To: Experienced CNC Operators who are keen to step up, develop their skills in setting, and learn programming.
Key Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Experience with Fanuc and/or Haas Operating Systems is highly desirable.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong team player and organisational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £19.00 per hour, dependent on experience and capability (Setter/Programmer level).
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Standard Working Hours
This is a full-time position with excellent work-life balance, wrapping up early on Fridays:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:15 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
