We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Commercial and Leaseholder Co-ordinator to work for a social housing company in their property team. This is a key role, supporting the smooth management of land and leasehold matters across our property portfolio.
You will be the first point of contact for a range of leasehold and commercial property queries, and play a central role in managing transactions, enquiries, and disputes.
