Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + Van & Fuel Card
An established client is seeking a qualified Commercial Plumber with a Water Hygiene background to join their team on a large R&D commercial site in Oxford.
The Role
Perform plumbing maintenance, minor mechanical tasks, and extensive water hygiene duties, including:
Temperature monitoring, showerhead descales, and TMV servicing.
Cold water storage tank & cooling tower cleans/disinfections.
LTHW, cooling system, and steam boiler testing/analysis.
Water sampling, dosing (inhibitor/biocide), and softener servicing.
General plumbing remedial works and small project installations.
Must Haves
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (minimum) plus relevant water hygiene knowledge.
Solid experience in the technical testing and analysis duties listed above.
Ability to pass a DBS check.
