Job Title: Commercial Support Specialist
Location: Maidenhead
Shift: 9am - 5pm
Contract: 12 Months
Pay rate: £35,000 per annum
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchases/Spend management. Raising Purchase Orders, Budget Management support (tracking/reporting) in particular for Marketing & Sales, processing Educational Grants & ensuring OEC compliance is followed
- Customer/speaker contract support Support with the administation of customer and speaker contracts, ensuring OEC compliance is followed.
- User management. Support with the administration of customer facing CRM systems (e.g. HCP Portal, Consumer CRM) and internal facing CRM systems (e.g. Learning Management Platforms Aspire (Sales), FlyWheel (Marketing), Frontier (eCom), Content Management systems (e.g. Hexagone CLM, Veeva PromoMats); User set-up and maintance, user training, first line of ticket support. This includes improvements and close collaboration with data privacy, IT, sales, marketing and comex functions at both local and international level.
- Event Management - coordination of suppliers, administrative support in the execution of exhibition attendance, administration of attendees, travel manager for speakers/customers
- Pricing. Compile and circulate the monthly MIMs price increase and comparison reports
- Veeva Champion Manage Veeva licenses. Support with Veeva approvals for brand teams and wider ANI teams.
- LERN & Compliance Wire. Ensure LERN & Compliance wire accounts are requested and set-up for all new starters and monitor for late training
- General team administrative duties for the marketing team - supporting new starter inductions, booking of team meetings, managing brand team events, sampling, office stock management.
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Commercial Business Support Manager

- Responsible for health, safety and environmental performance of themselves and others through compliance within EHS programs, regulations and standards. Subject to the policy and procedures outlined in the EHS Handbook.

EDUCATION
GCSE Maths & English equivalent to Level 4
BACKGROUND

- Can navigate & leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
