Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of compliance and facilities management? We're seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team, focusing on ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence for a key project.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring all tasks meet contractual and legislative requirements. You'll work closely with our supply chain, clients, and internal teams to maintain efficient processes and foster strong relationships.
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role, with a focus on compliance and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 and CAFM systems (Concept Evolution is a plus).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A background in facilities management and relevant qualifications (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH) are highly desirable.
