Construction Managers - City of London - CAT A / CAT B Fit Out Projects
Construction Managers required to oversee the CAT A / CAT B fit outs of landmark office buildings in Central London. The projects will be for approximately 3-12 months and are due to start on site imminently. The successful candidate will have a background of managing CAT A / CAT B fit outs and ideally have at least 5 years construction experience. The position is open to either degree qualified candidates or managers who have progressed through the ranks on site.

Reporting to either an on site or visiting Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
