We have a 6-month Construction Project Manager role available at a major site in Morden Wharf. This is ideal for someone with a background in capital construction projects, looking to make a measurable impact on an essential infrastructure development.
Role: Construction Project Manager
Location: Morden Wharf recycling centre, Greenwich, London SE10 0PA
Rate: Up to £550 per day (outside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months (ASAP start)
Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from concept through to execution.
- Oversee planning, engineering requirements, and delivery against budget and programme.
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and lead project documentation in line with PMO standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, and Engineering.

Support additional stakeholder engagement on a London-based project (minimal travel expected).
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in engineering/construction project delivery in commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.
- Experience using MS Project, P6 Primavera, or equivalent.
- Skilled in stakeholder and contractor engagement.
- Experience managing NEC3/4, JCT, IChemE, or FIDIC contracts.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and budgets.
Desirable Requirements:
- Driving license and access to a car.
- Experience with CAPEX project planning and delivery.
