Position: Asbestos Analyst (Perimeter Air Monitoring), and / or Asbestos Surveying
Location: Plymouth, Devon (Single Static Site)
Contract Duration: 9 Months
Minimum Rate: £230 - £240 per day
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
An excellent long-term contract opportunity has become available for a qualified Asbestos Analyst on a static brownfield site in Plymouth. We are seeking a reliable professional to commit to a contract lasting at least nine months.
Due to the high workload in the area, my client is also open to offering a lonterm contract to an Asbestos Surveyor who is not able to perform the analytical side of the role.
The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to support the on-site Project Manager with crucial asbestos air monitoring duties. This is a focused analytical role, where your work will consist solely of conducting background and reassurance air tests around the site perimeter. A fully equipped mobile laboratory and all necessary equipment will be provided for you on-site for the entire duration of the contract.

Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold valid BOHS P403 and P404 certifications.
- A P402 qualified Surveyor would also be welcome to apply to this contract
- Must have recent, demonstrable experience in site-based asbestos air monitoring.
- A firm commitment to the full 9-month contract term is essential.
