Our client is a leading UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy, highly respected in the industry for their professionalism and the quality of their services. They are embarking on a significant project and require a dedicated surveyor to support their team, delivering a range of asbestos services to key clients across the public and private sectors.

The Role
As the successful Associate Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a wide variety of Local Authority and domestic properties. Your work will be crucial to the project's success, and you will operate in line with HSG 264 and the client's own high technical standards.
Key Duties:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys.
- Working in full compliance with HSG 264.
- Submitting comprehensive, high-quality reports in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with the client and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this contract, you must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or a recognised equivalent) and have a full UK driving license. You will have a minimum of 12 months' proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor and will be a motivated, reliable professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of surveying best practices.
