Contract Support Specialist Needed!

What You'll Do:
As our Contract Support Specialist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth financial and administrative operations of our contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing vital financial and statistical reports for your assigned portfolio.
Assisting in the critical review of contract month-end Profit & Loss statements with key stakeholders, including our Chief Financial Officer and Management Accountant.
Overseeing the daily administrative tasks for your designated sites.
Managing the efficient creation of work orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
Ensuring the timely delivery of parts and services.
Proactively managing and reviewing Work In Progress (WIP), debt, purchase invoices, and open purchase orders, keeping relevant parties informed.
Overseeing all maintenance invoicing for our contracts.
Collating essential information for both internal and external monthly reports.
Providing professional and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Submitting overtime reports to payroll and monitoring engineer work schedules.
Maintaining accurate client files and conducting quarterly audits.
Conducting site visits and attending meetings as needed to support operations.
Performing additional administrative duties to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar contract support or administrative role, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L review and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in raising various types of orders and invoices.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Details:
Location: In-office
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £35,000 per annum
