About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Manager to join the Legal & Commercial Services team in a consultancy capacity. This role will support a project on behalf of a leading utility provider responsible for maintaining the UK's electricity and gas infrastructure.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting legal and commercial activities relating to Connection Offers for infrastructure projects, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of connection agreements.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist the client in drafting and issuing Connection Offers using standardised contract templates, offer letters, and approved SOPs.
● Support the review, refinement, and customer engagement process regarding issued Connection Offers.
● Monitor and report on the status and lifecycle of Connection Offers and related contracts.
● Ensure accurate documentation and contract records are maintained.
