Job Title: Site Labourer (with CSCS & Counterbalance Forklift Licence)
Location: Whiteley bay
Position: Full-time, Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
Salary: £17 per hour (Depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Site Labourer who holds both a valid CSCS card and a Counterbalance Forklift licence.
In this role, you will be a key part of the site team, splitting your time between general ground labouring duties and operating the forklift to move materials safely around the site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes variety in their day and thrives in a busy construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating the Counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move materials across the site.
Assisting tradespeople and the site management team with general labouring duties.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment (clearing debris, managing waste).
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are strictly followed at all times.
Handling deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly.
What We Are Looking For
Essential: A valid CSCS Card.
Essential: A valid, accredited Counterbalance Forklift Licence (NPORS/ITSSAR/RTITB).
Previous experience working as a labourer on a busy construction or industrial site.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and great punctuality.
Physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest, steel toe cap boots).
