What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in care proceedings, permanence planning, and court work.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
Proven ability to prepare comprehensive, high-quality court reports, provide clear and concise evidence, and undertake direct work with children and families within legal frameworks.
A strong understanding of relevant family law, child care legislation, and statutory guidance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills, with the ability to articulate complex situations clearly and persuasively in a legal context.
A commitment to providing expert guidance and support to less experienced social workers within the team.
