COVER SUPERVISORS WANTED IN SEFTON.
We are searching for bold, motivated Cover Supervisors to join our secondary schools throughout Sefton, from the coast of Southport down to the heart of Bootle.

Role type: Full/ Part time and long term or day to day supply roles available.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting or child care.
- Strong verbal communication skills to give clear instructions.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy school environment.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

Key Duties:
- Take register and ensure all students are present at the start of the lesson.
- Lead secondary classes and deliver pre-planned work left by the teacher.
- Manage student behaviour to keep the classroom calm and safe.
- Answer student questions and help them complete their assigned tasks.
- Collect all completed work and resources at the end of the period.
- Leave a short note for the regular teacher about how the lesson went.
- Follow the school's behaviour policy to deal with any classroom disruptions.
- Ensure the classroom is left tidy and ready for the next group.
