Cover Supervisors ensure learning continues in the absence of teachers. You'll supervise pupils, deliver pre-set work, and support positive classroom behaviour. A perfect role for graduates, future teachers, or anyone with strong classroom presence.

Main Duties:
- Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensuring set work is completed and managing classroom behaviour.
- Providing clear instructions to students at the start of lessons.
- Responding to general questions and offering assistance where needed.
- Managing classroom discipline and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Reporting back to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience working with young people (in school, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, assertive, and professional approach.
- Adaptability and confidence to manage different classrooms and subjects.
- A degree or Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
