Secondary schools in Warrington are ready to welcome capable and proactive Cover Supervisors to ensure smooth classroom continuity this September. If you're confident, calm, and great with teenagers, this could be your ideal next step.

You'll be stepping into classrooms to ensure pre-set lessons are delivered effectively during teacher absences. You'll provide structure, support, and supervision to students across all key stages and subjects.

Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.

Managing classroom discipline and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Reporting back to teachers on student progress and behaviour.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience working with young people (in school, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A calm, assertive, and professional approach.
Adaptability and confidence to manage different classrooms and subjects.
A degree or Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
