The Opportunity
Location: Secondary Schools across Crawley and the surrounding area.
Pay: Competitive Daily Rates (Weekly PAYE).
Contract: Flexible, Day-to-Day, or Short-Term Supply.
No Planning Required: You lead the classroom and deliver pre-set work provided by the department.

Key Responsibilities
Classroom Leadership: Overseeing students and ensuring a focused, respectful learning environment.
Behaviour Management: Applying school policies consistently to ensure students stay on-task.
Support & Guidance: Assisting pupils with queries on their set work and encouraging academic progress.
Reporting: Handing back completed work and providing clear feedback for the permanent teacher.
Safeguarding: Maintaining a safe environment and following all school safety procedures.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9 / A*-C), including English and Maths.
Presence: Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a room of teenagers.
Adaptability: A professional, "can-do" attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in different schools.
Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
