What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the classroom: Standing strong to successfully manage behaviour and ensure student engagement for classes of up to 30 students.
Delivering the lesson: Making sure students complete the exact work left behind by their absent teacher in an engaging, interactive way.
Supporting pupils: Providing guidance to students of all different abilities.
Fostering a great environment: Creating a positive, inclusive space for learning while collaborating with the school's permanent teaching staff.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience working within secondary school environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong classroom management.
A true passion for education and a commitment to student development.
