The Role

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people (ideally in an educational setting).
- A strong presence and the ability to command a classroom.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness to apply for one)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise students and maintain a productive learning environment.

- Explain pre-set work to students and support their understanding.
- Ensure all students are on task and engaged with their work.
- Respond to student queries and provide assistance as needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.
- Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere in the classroom.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members and students.
