As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure learning continuity by managing classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Management: Effectively manage the classroom, promoting high standards of behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.
Lesson Facilitation: Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions accurately, engaging students in meaningful, pre-planned activities.
Student Support: Proactively support students' learning and address their immediate needs while they complete set tasks.
