Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
- Provide support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor student behavior and implement school policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
