Cover Supervisors- All Liverpool Areas
We are seeking confident Cover Supervisors to join our team, supporting secondary schools across the entire Liverpool region. Whether you are based in the North (Anfield, Walton), South (Wavertree, Woolton), or the City Centre, we have local roles ready for you.
Pay Rate: £90.00 - £95.00 per day (Negotiable based on experience).
Duties:
- Lead a classroom of students and ensure they stay focused on the work set by the teacher.
- Manage student behaviour according to the school's policy to maintain a positive environment.
- Hand out learning materials and equipment needed for the scheduled lesson.
- Collect completed work at the end of the class and provide feedback to the department.
- Support students with their questions to help them understand the lesson tasks.
Skills Needed:
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence when speaking to groups.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while managing a classroom.
- High level of organisation and the ability to follow lesson plans accurately.
- A positive, patient approach when working with young people from various backgrounds.
- Must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS certificate.
