We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Director - English & Maths to lead and shape the future of our client's curriculum across five sites and outreach centers. In this role, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Provide inspirational leadership to our client's talented English and Maths teams, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a clear strategic vision for the English and Maths curriculum, ensuring alignment with our client's overall educational goals
- Multi-Site Management: Oversee the delivery of the curriculum across all five sites and outreach centers, ensuring consistency and quality of provision
- Curriculum Development: Lead the development and implementation of innovative and engaging curriculum content, incorporating best practices and addressing the needs of diverse learners
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, driving continuous improvement and achieving outstanding outcomes for our students
Key Skills and Experience:
- Inspiring Leadership: A proven track record of leading and motivating teams in an educational setting
- Multi-Site Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing teams and operations across multiple locations
- Occupational Competence: Expertise in either English or Maths, with a deep understanding of curriculum design and delivery
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- 2 recent and relevant reference
