Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and "face" of the Nike London Office, delivering a world-class first impression for all guests, callers, and employees.
Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace services to ensure the office environment operates smoothly and meets brand standards.
Provide exceptional customer service through high-energy interactions, professional call handling, and premium guest relations.
Serve as a critical operational link between the Nike on-site team and CBRE management to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Execute a wide variety of multi-skilled tasks ranging from workplace logistics to administrative support as required by the fast-paced office environment.
Assist the Line Manager in maintaining team consistency and ensuring all operational requirements are met efficiently.
Take hands-on responsibility for the daily "Customer Service Experience," ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and lasting.
