If so, we are currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator to support within a small team for a global medical device company. You would be providing administrative support to ensure that occupational health services are provided seamlessly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting up and overseeing clinic calendars and appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination
- Maintaining clinician schedules. I.e: training annual leave cover
- Communicate with 3rd party suppliers to ensure services are delivered in a timely and successful manner
- Management of documentation including uploading and monitoring status of services.
- System administration and general administrative support.

Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)
Person Specification:
- Experience within administration
- Ability to work in a fast paced commercial environment
- Strong use of IT systems and able to adapt to changes
- Efficient communicator both written and oral
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
