We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Programmer to support our data acquisition, integration, analytics, and automation initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will focus on developing reliable data pipelines, delivering automated workflows, and supporting business decision-making using established enterprise platforms.
You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including data engineers, developers, and analysts, working within a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Management: Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines; cleanse, transform, and manage enterprise data; support scheduled data loads and quality checks.
Analytics & Reporting: Provide curated datasets for business analysis, support KPI development, and troubleshoot data reporting issues.
Automation & Integration: Design and develop dashboards and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform; support CRM data integration (Salesforce) and identify new automation opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional and global teams while adhering to established data governance and development standards.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive professional with 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, data engineering, or automation roles. Prior experience navigating structured corporate environments is highly preferred.
Technical Requirements:
Strong, hands-on proficiency in Python.
Solid experience with Snowflake and SQL.
Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience working with CRM data (preferably Salesforce).
Clear understanding of data modeling, analytics, and data quality principles.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to machine learning or advanced predictive analytics.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and adaptability.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
