for a Senior Residential Support Worker who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to lead
by example in our South Wales services.

As a Senior, you are the heartbeat of the home. You aren't just supervising; you are mentoring a
team, advocating for our young people, and creating an environment where independence and
choice aren't just words-they are a reality.

Are you the right fit?
To ensure the best outcomes for our children and high standards of care, we are looking for:
● Qualified Professionals: You must hold a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
(Children & Young People).
● Experienced Leaders: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a residential childcare
setting.
● Resilient Role Models: You have the empathy to understand trauma and the "strong
work ethic" to manage the challenges of the role.
● Drivers: A full UK Manual Driving License is essential for this post.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to support reporting and
multidisciplinary working.
