What We Are Looking For
● The Essentials: You must have a full UK Manual Driving License.

● Experience: While 1 year of care experience is preferred, we value a willing attitude,
compassion, and the enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
● Communication: Good verbal and written skills to support our young people and the
wider team.
The Role
No two days are the same. You'll be creating a safe, homely environment for children who
haven't had it easy. You will be a consistent, positive role model-taking the lead on activities,
helping with homework, and supporting young people to gain the skills they need for a bright
future.
