Position description / Job description- Provide guidance and support to the toddler room staff.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for toddlers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in annual training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall planning and implementation of the nursery's curriculum.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the toddler room.
We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a relevant early childhood education qualification.
- You possess proven experience working with toddlers (at least 2 years).
- You have excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
- You are a hands-on individual with a passion for childcare.
- You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary of £25,485 per annum (for 37 hours per week).
