A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior / Design Manager.
I am working with an exceptional regional contractor based in Kent that continues to grow and as a result of this, they are looking to expand the team with an ambitious Design professional.
You will be responsible for:
- Being the technical lead for projects from bid or tender through to completion
- The delivery of technical duties through all aspects of the project
- Providing post-completion technical support
- Managing the planning and delivery of infrastructure
- Managing the delivery of work of key project stakeholders and customers
- Collating and reviewing existing drawing information to establish accurate project data

- An experienced Design Manager with either a regional / national contractor (building)
