Are you a passionate Adobe Analytics Manager with deep expertise in implementation, Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics? We're seeking a highly skilled contractor to join our team in a fast-paced environment for a 6-month contract role.
As an Adobe Analytics Manager, you will be crucial in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Analytics and Data Collection tools to deliver actionable insights. You'll drive data-informed decisions by capturing and analysing data across digital platforms to enhance performance and user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Tag management: Implement and maintain internal and third-party tags to capture relevant data across web pages and digital assets.
- Quality assurance: Implement rigorous quality control to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and promptly address tracking issues.
- Data implementation: Develop, customize, QA, and troubleshoot data collection code in complex environments using tag management systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, UX/UI, and Development teams to understand data needs, track KPIs, and implement tracking solutions.
- Data governance: Establish practices to maintain data privacy, compliance, and security standards (e.g., related to GDPR and CCPA).
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience using Adobe Data Collection and Adobe Analytics.
- Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in configuring Adobe Analytics and implementing tag management solutions.
- In-depth understanding of digital analytics methodologies, data collection techniques, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of data visualisation software like Tableau and PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Desirable Experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Web SDK and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Experience solving onsite problems using analytics tools, including debuggers (Omnibug, Ghostery, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Marketo platforms.
