Responsibilities
As a Social Worker in this vital team, you will be responsible for a rewarding and varied caseload, focused on ensuring the best possible outcomes for disabled children and their families.
Statutory Assessments: Carrying out a range of comprehensive statutory assessments, including those for Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
Direct Work: Undertaking meaningful direct work with children, young people, and their families to achieve positive change.
Carers Assessments: Completing Carers Assessments where necessary to support the entire family unit.
Case Management: Managing and coordinating cases across the county of Northumberland, ensuring high-quality, professional support.
