The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Document Controller to join our growing team. As the backbone of our project administration, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure all documents are accurately logged, filed, and distributed to the relevant parties.
Implement and maintain an efficient document control system.
Adhere to company and project-specific document control procedures and standards.
Liaise with internal teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate document flow.
Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of document control software and systems (e.g., Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
