Job Title: Dozer Operator / Dozer Driver

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Dozer Driver for an immediate start on a major project in the Ashford area.
This position offers ongoing, long-term work for a driver who demonstrates strong machine control, punctuality, and a safe working attitude on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of plant machinery.
- Working to precise site specifications and levels alongside site engineers and ground crews.
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on the machine.
- Adhering strictly to site health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card with the Dozer ticket (Blue competent operator card preferred).
- Valid CSCS card.
- Proven experience operating dozers on commercial, civil, or residential projects.
- Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel-toe boots).
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Right to work in the UK.
