Randstad is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client's Duty & Assessment Team in Shropshire as a Social Worker. This role will be instrumental in providing essential support and services within the team.
Position Description- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for individuals and families.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide direct social work services, including counseling and case management.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of services provided by the team.
We're looking for you, if:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as a social worker.
- You hold a relevant social work degree and are registered with Social Care England.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- You are a compassionate and dedicated individual committed to improving the lives of others.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are proficient in using relevant social work software and databases.
- You are comfortable working with diverse populations.
- Experience with safeguarding adults and/or children would be an advantage.
