This full time permanent role offers a unique, balanced structure: three days leading in the rooms, one day dedicated to SEN coordination, and one day for management duties. It is the perfect step for an ambitious professional seeking a role that values both hands-on care and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across three rooms to optimise learning and development.
Support the Nursery Manager with leadership tasks, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.
Mentor and coach junior staff to ensure high standards of EYFS delivery.
Manage administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and nursery software updates.
Maintain strong partnerships with parents and guardians regarding progress and transitions.
Ensure the nursery remains compliant with Ofsted regulations and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 diploma in childcare (Essential).
Leadership and SENCo experience (Highly preferred).
