Maintenance Electrician
A highly reputable and growing facilities maintenance company has recently won a new contract with a prestigious client. You will join the team to carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant room equipment. This is a very unique role in which you will be based at a commercial static office site for 3 days a week, with the remaining 2 days a week joining the mobile team to visit local sites from Basingstoke to Crawley. In addition, there is no on call rota with this position but overtime is available!

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification
- 18th edition
- A strong mechanical maintenance understanding - air handling units, pumps/motors, filter/belt changes
- Experience working within commercial facilities maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to communicate well with the client and company supervisor
Duties / Responsibilities
- To carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance task within the building
- Electrical works include; emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, sprinkler systems, PAT testing, electrical fault finding
- Mechanical works include maintaining air handling units, pumps and motors, filter/belt changes, mechanical fault finding
