Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Welwyn
Pay : £34,500 per year, plus van, fuel card, and extra benefits
We're hiring a Maintenance Electrician for a top property services company in Welwyn . This is a permanent role where you'll handle repairs and maintenance of electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Fixing electrical issues promptly and efficiently
- Doing daily repairs and installations
- Ensuring repairs are done right the first time
- Being on-call for emergencies occasionally
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations
- Certification in 18th Edition wiring regulations
- 2391 or equivalent 2394 & 95
- Full UK driving licence (we provide the van)
