Are you a skilled Electrician looking for a stable opportunity with excellent benefits? Randstad is seeking a dedicated and proactive Electrician to join Reactive Housing Maintenance team, based in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering essential electrical repairs and renewals for social housing contracts in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Your primary goal will be achieving a first-time fix on all tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Undertaking a variety of electrical repair and renewal works, collaborating with other trades when necessary.
- Ensuring all maintenance work adheres to the highest safety and technical standards.
- Communicating effectively with residents, schedulers, and your line manager.
- Working safely and in full compliance with all Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements.
- Staying current with the latest technical and legal requirements in the electrical field.
- Partnering with other operatives to complete repairs as needed.
- Accurately completing timesheets and worksheets detailing work performed and materials used via a PDA after each job.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection and Testing Qualification
- A full UK driving licence
