Job Title: Shift Engineering Team Leader

Monday to Friday 3 Shift Pattern
Hours: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year DOE

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery, contributing to projects and being involved in performing maintenance and reactive tasks while leading a team of engineers.
Reporting to the Engineering manager, you will be responsible for a team of engineers, production support and the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the substitute for the Head of the center in their absence
- Training the team
- Communicating effectively with customers during production
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the team

Requirements:
- Advanced fault diagnosis and repair skills - electrical and mechanical
- Senior Engineer or Leadership experience
- Experience working with a team and deadlines
- Logistics/warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)
