Responsibilities

Tailor the English curriculum and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your students.
Implement and adapt alternative literacy frameworks to support student progress.
Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Employ effective classroom management skills to ensure a productive and focused atmosphere.

Requirements

You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is essential.
Experience teaching students with a range of special needs, particularly Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), is highly preferred.
You must have an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
