Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum.

- Experience in managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
- Lead interventions to help pupils prepare for their English GCSE assessments.
- Adapt teaching styles to support students of all ability levels.
- Maintain a productive, focused, and positive classroom environment.
- Mark student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress.
- Ensure student safety and strictly follow school safeguarding protocols.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to lesson planning.
